When booking a villa/suite :

• 30% booking deposit is required – Full payment has to be settled upon arrival
• 100% full prepayment of the total cost when you choose ( NON REFUNDABLE)Cancellation Policy
• If the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior tο arrival, the booking deposit is refundable.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival or in case of NO SHOW, the booking deposit is not refundable.
• In case of early departure, 100% cancellation fee applies.
